Oobees were a Maze & Vale staple from 2011 – 2016 and we’re so excited to bring them back with these kits! Suitable for confident beginners and beyond, this easy sewing kit contains fabric and instructions to create your very own, super snuggly, Maze & Vale Oobee.

What’s included:
• Main Fabric: Maze & Vale Hand Printed 100% Linen for the body, ears & tail.
• Accent Fabric: Maze & Vale Hand Printed 55% Linen/45% Cotton for underside of ears & tail.
• Small piece of 100% wool felt for face & bellybutton.
• Instruction Sheet
• Pattern Sheet
All fabric is hand printed in our Melbourne studio with solvent free, non toxic, environmentally friendly inks in custom mixed colours. For heavy ink designs, iron on reverse or use a pressing cloth to iron over ink. If required, your finished Oobee can be washed in cold on the gentle cycle with mild detergent and air dry.
Additional materials/tools needed:
• Stuffing material (wool fleece recommended and available here)
• Sewing machine and standard sewing supplies
• Embroidery needle and two colours of embroidery floss OR coloured sewing thread for eyes/nose
• Pinking shears (optional)
• Loop turner or large knitting needle with a flat/blunt end (optional)
• Translucent pattern paper (optional)
