Hand printed in the Fibresmith warehouse, this offwhite 100% hemp fabric features the Maze & Vale ‘Eucalyptus’ design in custom mixed Haze (a soft blue/green) ink. Crisp and cool, this gorgeous hemp cloth is a summer weight, perfect for shirts and tops, can also be used for dresses and skirts but would need to be lined or have plenty of gathers. Hemp behaves similarly to linen so is a long lasting cloth that will soften with washing and wearing.
Inspired by cascading waterfalls of eucalyptus leaves, Eucalyptus began as hand drawn sketches of hundreds of leaves, each scanned in and manipulated into a stunning repeat pattern.
Printed using solvent free, non toxic, environmentally friendly inks in custom mixed colours. Screen printed by hand with great care, there may be very slight variations in the designs but, if present, these will be minor and are part of the natural charm of handprinted fabric.
Wash in cold on the gentle cycle with mild detergent. Hang dry in the shade or tumble dry on low. Iron on reverse or use a pressing cloth to iron ink side.
